Includes a minimum of 2 photos of each of the following rooms:
+ One Exterior Area (Front or Back)
+ One Kitchen
+ One Living Room
+ One Bedroom
+ One Bathroom
Where extra details are present in rooms, more images will be taken. This is dependent on the features of the property.
You will receive ALL of the digital images, individually edited by hand to my signature style. They will be presented to you via an online gallery.
A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the shoot.

Costs for additional requirements:
+ Extra Exterior Area – £10
+ Extra Rooms (Bedroom, Bathroom, Study, Living Rooms, etc.) – £25 per room
+ Photoshop Work (Removing cables, clutter or unappealing items that haven’t been tidied up prior to the shoot) – £5 per image

Don’t worry, I understand that not everyones property requirements fall under the same structure. If you’ve got a hotel, business property or outdoor space that you’d like shooting, please get in touch and I’d be happy to accommodate your requirements.

Don’t worry, I cover Manchester, Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, Cheshire and all over the UK. If you’re interested in booking me as your photographer, but are located outside of Derbyshire or the surrounding areas, please get in touch and we can discuss the details.
